If you’re new to coliving, it’s all about a hassle-free way of life with a simple, all-inclusive monthly rental fee. Spaces are filling fast – don’t miss your chance to be part of something special.

The standard rate here at Lake District Coliving is £215 per room, per week, and if you want to kick back a little more, you can upgrade to £230 per week for a bi-weekly cleaning service and fresh bedding. Enjoy the easy life!

YOUR PERFECT SPACE

Each room is thoughtfully designed to maximise comfort and functionality, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that feels like home.

Your private rental accommodation at Lake District Coliving features a comfy double bed, a spacious cupboard for ample storage - a relaxing area to unwind.

You’ll also have an ensuite bathroom adding convenience and privacy, fully equipped with a toilet, basin, and shower.

With a charming nod to its roots as a Biscuit Factory. Each of our 25 rooms is playfully named after a beloved biscuit, adding a fun twist to your stylish home. We’re absolutely not taking the biscuit!

Yes, it is! The shared spaces come fully equipped with everything from a smart TV to teaspoons. Each apartment includes a bed, bedside table, ample storage, a mirror and cozy bedding. The shower rooms are stocked with bathrobes and towels, while the kitchens have all the essentials: a kettle, fridge, cups, plates, cutlery, and glassware.
Rest assured, we’ve taken care of all the essentials for your comfort. When you check in, you’ll find bed sheets and towels provided by us as well as towelling robes. No need to bring your own – we’ve thought of everything to ensure you have a seamless and comfortable stay!
You might be able to keep a small pet if you are living with us. Please contact the team to check.
Yes. Your membership is paid monthly, on the first of every month using direct debit. When you receive your licence agreement after paying your deposit, you’ll also receive instructions to set up this direct debit. It’s super easy! If you move in mid month we’ll pro-rata that first month.
A one month deposit secures your stay with us and will be released once we’ve checked everything is handed back as per your entry documents.

Absolutely we have a laundry room where you can enjoy a game of table football whilst you wait! Laundry costs are included within your membership.
We absolutely love kids but sadly we’re an adult only building.
Ask us and we’ll let you know if there is a designated car parking space available to you.
We offer 6-month terms, and if you'd like to extend, please let us know at least 2 months before your term ends.
Yes of course! We support many charities and causes. We helped to pioneer a Rising Stars fund where we support ambitious talented 16-24 years olds from underprivileged backgrounds to help them to achieve their dreams.
